ACCOMMODATION RATE

TERM AND CONDITIONS

• The above rate is Net, inclusive 21% government tax and service charge.
• Above rate is inclusive of daily breakfast for single or double occupancy.
• Check in time is at 15.00 hours and Check out time is 12.00 hours. Space will be subject to availability for early arrival prior to 15.00 hours or for later departure after 12.00 hours and at charge.
• Late check out until 18.00 hours is at 50% charge of the room rate while late check out after 18.00 hours will be charged at 100% of the room rate.

RESERVATION, DEPOSIT & PAYMENT

• Reservations should be made to [email protected]
• Room payment will be charged to guests personal account.
• 50% deposit is required to guarantee the rooms block and can be settled through bank transfer or credit card payment link which will be sent to each participant’s email address. This deposit should be received by Hotel upon confirmation.
• Balance payment can be settled upon check-in at Hotel.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ACCOMMODATION

• No cancellation fee for any cancellation received before 16 days to arrival date.
• If any cancellation receive between 15 days prior to arrival date will be applied penalty of 1 (one) night charge of the entire room charges.
• If any cancellation receive between 14  – 08 days prior to arrival date will be applied penalty of 2 (two) night charge of the entire room charges.
• If any cancellation receive less than 7 days or No Show will be applied 100% charge of the entire room charges.
• Reduction of length of stay will be accepted if notice of reduction is received by the hotel at 7 days prior to arrival. Reduction of length of stay notified to the Hotel less than 7 days or upon check in will be treated as cancellation and guests will be charged according to their initial length of stay.
• Cancellation fee will be charged to PERSONAL ACCOUNT.
