BALI, October 2020 – The Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa, Bali is delighted to announce that the resort has been certified for the “Cleanliness, Health, Safety and Environment Sustainability” associated with the “New Normal” tourism standards in line the new Covid-19 handling guidelines.

The Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy appointed PT. Superintending Company of Indonesia (SUCOFINDO)  to complete the assessment formalities for the Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa, Bali on the 9th October 2020.

The SUCOFINDO team inspected the resort for the completeness and accuracy of the requirements relating to the new Covid-19 procedures and standards. A detailed site standard operational procedures review was conducted covering the three main areas: product, service, management and environment.

The resort achieved 100% final score on the certification of “Cleanliness, Health, Safety and Environment”.

Bali, September 2020 – The Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa released 67 baby turtles from the hatchery to the ocean.

As part of its ongoing commitment to supporting social responsibility and wildlife, the Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa works closely with a local Turtle Conservation group “Bali Sea Turtle Society”. Immediately after being laid, the turtle eggs are carefully retrieved and relocated to a safer location to ensure they can incubate naturally. The baby turtles hatch safely in a secured location and are then released back into their natural environment.

The Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa has released 2,567 baby turtles into their natural habitat on the shores of Nusa Dua since 2013.
