The attached Sports center offers tennis & squash, a fully equipped gym and air-conditioned rooms for aerobic and yoga classes.

Adjacent to the main lobby, Nusa Dua Spa was created as a modern wellness facility that honours traditional treatments used by the Balinese for centuries. Sourced from nature, many of the products used have been created exclusively for us. In addition, leading international brand is also offered for many beauty treatments.
The Spa facilities include separate facilities for men and women including a steam room, sauna, whirlpool, cool dip pool, changing rooms, showers and a 25m-lap pool with lounge chairs. The use of Nusa Dua Spa facilities is complementary and does not require booking.
Located within the Spa reception, the Spa Boutique offers an exclusive retail selection of all natural skin, body and hair care, also spa specialties locally designed and a range of gift ideas.
Located by the Spa lap pool, the Spa Cafe serves healthy refreshing juices and herbal teas.

The sport complex includes tennis and squash courts, a basketball ring, bicycle hire, an aerobics studio, and a fully equipped world-class gymnasium.
Yoga sessions run daily at the garden beach bale or the air-conditioned aerobic studio. Private classes with personalized workouts for 1 or 2 persons can be booked in advance to suit your stay.
Located above the fitness center, this spacious lounge features table tennis, billiards and darts as well as play stations and air hockey. Perfect for sporting challenges and team meetings.
Available at the Spa reception, they can be used for any treatment from the Spa menu.
The body and skin oils used at The Nusa Dua Spa are developed specifically for our spa, using soothing natural products based on secret blends of essential oils, flowers, spices, herbs and plants which have been used by Balinese women for centuries. International products from Elemis are also available at the Spa.
