Nusa Dua, BALI, March 2019 – Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa organized a blood donation for staff in cooperation with the Indonesian Red Cross on 22 March 2019. This very humane event takes place every 3 months at the Resort.
Staff from all departments met at the appointed venue. Basic health & blood screening was done before the staff were certified as fit to be donors. Those who passed then proceeded to donate blood. There were a total of 47 participants.
The donation is a hugely tangible social contribution said Jamal Hussain, General Manager. We all support this noble cause as “the next life you safe could be your own”. Two of the participating staff have donated blood over 50 times. Gifts were presented to them as recognition for their generosity.
The hotel regularly holds CSR events to spread awareness and encourage more people to care for society.
