Bali, February 2020 – Indonesian Hotels and Restaurants Association/IHRA Awards 2019, which took place on Sunday, 9 February 2020 recognized Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa, Bali with the prestigious award of “The Best Five Star Hotel” in Indonesia.
This was based on the 5-star Hotel Classification assessment done in 2019 with criteria including Facilities and Services, Guest Comments, Community Relationship, Corporate Social Responsibility programs and strong elements of Indonesian culture as outlined by PHRI Awards Screening Committee.
