The 9th Bali Salon Culinary 2016 is closed on Saturday, 5 March 2016. All participants represent 17 schoolds, 32 hotels, 10 restaurants and individuals gave their best performance to conceptualize and idea of a dish, undertake the live cooking, plating and finally serve the best result to be tasted on the judging room. Not only about the looks but the taste has been decorated beautifully, make a delightful flavors on every bite. Judges representing the World Association of Chefs Societies (WACS) maintain the international standard judging valuation, bring forth winners that meets the international qualification. Bali Culinary Professionals (BCP) serves and facilitates all programs and activities that improve Chef’s professional standard, encourage new skills, promote and expose the Indonesian Food and local creations. The culinary team of Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa won The Best Culinary Artist, Mr. Ida Bagus Ngurah Eka Yadnya. And one of the most prestigious winning category, Runner Up 2 for The Best Culinary Organization Team.
